That's the sprit, Sherri. It takes some time to be totally free of those cravings, that's for sure. I used to be afraid of going to Golden Corral because everyone in my family would get the cheese cake for desert and it was tough to resist. Then one day, it wasn't anymore. It will be that way for you soon as well!

It's been a while since I last posted but I am here daily reading through the threads. I get so much information and inspiration. I cannot tell you how many times I have read something and thought"Thats exactly how I am thinking or feeling" The progress on the scales is slow, very slow but I am determined to see this thru. For the last 9 weeks I've been fatty meat and water only. Giving up coffee was hard(I really enjoy it) but I was not going to let that get in the way, I haven't noticed any difference but sometimes these things just take time. Anyway I will try to post more often and not just be a shadow on the wall.
