RE: LauraUK's Journal
You're dead wrong Charles!!!!

As you are always saying, eat meat and drink water and LIVE YOUR LIFE!!!! And that is exactly what I am/have been doing!!!!

How boring to just keep writing that, over and over again huh!!!

Anyway I'm off to my son's wedding in NZ on Monday and have been far to busy to write the same thing in my journal day after day!!!

I'm STILL TOTALLY ZC!!!! I'll write again when I return!!!

RE: LauraUK's Journal
Oh and another thing. Charles; I haven't noticed you being so rude to anyone else who hasn't written in their journal for a few weeks!!!!

Hi Briget, Rose and Laura,

Many thanks for your kind words and will write when I get back in February. I haven't been online for long over the past few weeks'cos I haven't had much time, with this trip coming up and so much to do, so I've only managed VERY quick snatches at this sight and a couple of others I visit, but with no time to write anything, aepesially reptative stuff, like what I'm eating, or the fat that I've gained and still not lost!!!

Anyway, thanks again ladies.
